House rules
Our apartment is part of a residential complex, so we ask every guest to help keep it calm and comfortable for everyone.
No smoking inside
The apartment is smoke-free. Please use the designated outdoor areas if you smoke.
No extra guests or parties
Only the guests on your booking may stay or visit, so the building stays calm for everyone.
No pets
This follows the strata rules of the apartment complex.
Quiet hours
Please keep noise down from 10pm.
Food and drink
Please enjoy food and drinks in the kitchen and lounge areas only.
Instruction manuals
Appliance manuals are in the bottom kitchen drawer closest to the fridge. If you need more help, call us on 0400 331 468.
Before you go
- Load the dishwasher and turn it on.
- Clear the fridge and freezer of food.
- Turn off lights and appliances.
- Close the windows and blinds, and lock the doors.
- Return the keys to the lockbox.
- Check you have all your belongings.
- Put all rubbish in the bin bags provided for our cleaner to take away.
